COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ASSET ACQUITISION / EXIT
We provide full service options to our investment groups.  From the initial business formation/purchase to the exit and final equity event of a particular commercial property.  We target verified income producing properties by analyzing the financial data, determining annual net operating income,  capitalization rate, and calculate the internal rate of return on investment for each offering before presenting it to our investment groups. 
We obtain copies of each of the current tenant leases in the target property and abstract the leases verifying financial terms and years remaining.  We review the corporate occupants business model and evaluate its strengths/weaknesses in the current business cycle.  TIZON will then perform a detailed investigation of the physical property, including structural, mechanical , technical environmental inspections.  We will review the location, demographics of the property as to market strength, best and future use scenarios.  Each initial investment group offering will be detailed with an extensive report verifying the future income opportunities from the property for presentation to our clients and prospective investors.
